She now intends to convert the land use to residential in order to build a detached house for her own occupation. The current market value for residential land in that area is RM43 per square foot.
Determine the amount of premium for conversion of land use that may be imposed by the State Authority as a condition for approving the application for conversion of land use. (8 marks)
b) Under the National Land Code and the respective State Land Rules, any individual, organization, or government agency may apply for the alienation of State Land. Upon approval by the State Authority, the land is alienated and a title is issued to the applicant.
