From Dec, 2023 onwards, I was approved by BOVAEP and MIEA to conduct NCC as a speaker. I maintain active in NCC teaching for bonus paper "IT in Real Estate" as well.

IT in Real Estate Bonus Paper will be replaced by Assessment Exercise as BOVAEP is determined to introduce some form of screening system to improve the quality of training by later part of 2024.

NCC 10-11 April, 2021 UCSI University Kuching Campus.
Due to COVID-19, seats are arranged in accordance to SOP required. Police permit was specially obtained for the event in a biggest ever NCC Class of 185 pax - thanks to MIEA Committee and Secretariat. IT in Real Estate paper was scheduled on 4.00pm on 11 Apr, Sunday afternoon. We were able to finish the paper on 4.45pm. My talk was about 1 hour. Due to COVID-19, there was no Group Photo.
