Registration of Authority to Practice for Firm is a yearly renewal process, which ends by 31 Dec, of every year. There are the below items to be submitted for renewal in bis.lppeh.gov.my under Firm Renewal.
- Form P
- Firm Shareholders and Directors
- Firm Structure
- Audited Client's Account as of Rule 59 (2 separate documents)
- Insurance - Professional Indemnity Insurance
In BIS 2.0, there is another "Optional" upload of Application for renewal SoleProprietor - I don't know what is this requirement. However, the 4 items which are mandatory:-
- Form P
- Rule 59/Auditor Report
- Standard Letter Head
- Professional Indemnity Insurance

The audited report must be attached with RULE 59 Certificate:

AND, Professional Indemnity Insurance, attach them as required.
THEREAFTER,
Submit for approval (at the Declaration Button) before you need to make payment of renewal fee.
According to Part B of 3rd Schedule of Rules, 1986, the rate of fee payable for Firm renewal is as above. For Sole Proprietorship it is RM50.
Upon renewal, the new Authority to Practice for the Firm - FORM Q will be issued. Take note that this is NOT FORM O - because O and Q can be mistaken as the same FORM! Hence, Form O is birth certificate of a Firm, and Form Q is the annual renewal certificate.
