It was a successful Orientation Day with more than 20 people turning up for the event. By the afternoon, 7 had already paid for the upcoming program in 2025 and we are likely to reach 10 pax by end of Dec, 2024. We will spread the good news to other aspiring RENs and invite them to come to the Briefing Day on 28 Dec, 2024 (last Saturday of the year).

9.30 - 10.00 : Registration

10.00 - 10.30 : Overview of the Part 1 Syllabus

10.30 - 11.30 : Detail explanation of the 6 subjects and Materials Needed, Format of Examination and Styles of Presentation.

12.00 - 12.30 : Decision on the Time and Date of January Classes!

• Fee - this is monthly subscription fee and will include the subscription of Part 1 of the EstateAgentExam.com
• OTHER Resources would be added as and when it is required (you need to buy your own books)
• Physical Meet-up 1.5 hours twice per week for 3 weeks in a month
• Physical Once a Month Test Week
• Timeline - 6 months from End December 2024 to June 2025 for the Examination 2025 preparation
• Revision - 2 months July and August, 2025 for the readiness of taking the Examination (TBC)
