Podcast recording for top scorers Ms Lyra Chin (Part 1 6/6 perfect score) and Mr Jason Sim (Part 2 6/6 perfect score) of 2025 Diploma in Estate Agency Examination announced on 19 Dec, 2025.

We need to adhere to a timetable for 2026 sessions to run our program effectively:- which we need to agree on Orientation Day.

We will hold a Briefing Day on

9.30 - 10.00 : Registration

10.00 - 10.30 : Overview of the Part 1 Syllabus

10.30 - 11.30 : Detail explanation of the 6 subjects and Materials Needed, Format of Examination and Styles of Presentation.

Fee (1 time RM3,000 or RM600 monthly for Part 1), What do YOU need to do every week? How YOU do it?

• Fee - this is total fee for 6 months classes and revision/mock exam preparation. This will include the subscription of Part 1 of the EstateAgentExam.com website.
• OTHER Resources would be added as and when it is required (you need to buy your own books)
• Physical Meet-up 3.0 - 3.5 hours ONCE per week for 6 months duration (9.30am - 1.30pm with 1 hour break Brunch)
• Physical Revision and Mock Exam in July and August. Examination usually is conducted during 1st week of September
